What Are Hot Flashes Menopause
What causes Hot Flashes other then Menopause? ?
I have been having hot flashes for probably a month now! I have no idea why. Sometimes my hands even get a little sweaty/clammy. Anybody else experience this?? Or have any ideas on what could be causing it?? I'm 21 if that matters.
I am not pregnant, I am dying of cramps right this minute. Haha.

ANY type of hormonal fluctuation (including starting or stopping pills, being pregnant and being post-partum, and just getting older) can cause them.
And it doesn't have to be reproductive hormones; sometimes it can be caused by your thyroid as well.
Hot flashes can also be caused by anxiety.
If you're not feeling better soon, it may be time to see your doctor.
