Weight Gain After Menopause

Ovarian transplant in the upper arm was done successfully to maintain normal hormones. Please recomend websit?

I have been Post Menopause for 2 years now due to ovarian surgery. Is the transplant the only solution? I am 45 years only and look 50 and gained 20 lbs.= all unsightly.... Have tried Premarin but after 2 weeks, allergy rashes at the entire body + all other yukky symptoms such as breasts weird and spotting... Hellppp! Hot Flashes, dry skin and weight gain are not options for me

My oncologist does not allow any kind of hormone replacement. So you just deal.
