Menopause Depression Symptoms

The Change: Why is menopause so devastating, can we talk candidly about it?

Menopause has been called the change for decades, women don't discuss it & so when IT happens it's crippling, to say the least!

My mother SUFFERED from it tremendously & always stated: "It's just a CHANGE all women must go through!"

Change is an understatement. From what I've read & seen first hand, below are SOME of the menopausal symptoms:

PMS, stress, depression/anxiety, panic attacks, extremely moody, rage, body odor, negative thoughts, irrational thoughts, suicidal thoughts, lack of sexual desire, vaginal dryness, itching, hair loss/balding, halitosis, isolation, fear... etc are SOME of the DEVASTATING Symptoms Of Menopause, why must women experience these relentless symptoms?

I noticed, I am the very first person to answer your question. My thoughts are women just don't want to discuss this topic, unfortunately.

At one time or another ALL women will experience one or more of the aforementioned symptoms, yet it is a TABOO topic.

No one will openly admit MENOPAUSE is a very severe problem for women. It doesn't just go away overnight, SOME women endure menopausal symptoms for 10 years plus.

Maybe, just maybe there will be open forums & symposiums on this relentless topic.

Symptoms Of Menopause Perimenopause

What is the difference between perimenopause, menopause, and Post Menopause?

What are the differences between these and what are some symptoms of them?

The most common symptom of perimenopause, Menopause Signs symptoms associated with it is menstrual irregularity and spotting during the monthly cycle. Frequent periods for too long and heavy bleeding or light bleeding occur during peri menopause. While osteoporosis has now become common among women whose calcium intake is less, it also happens to women prior to entering this state.

As women grow older they tend to lack in calcium that weakens the bones and osteoporosis settles in. Taking 1500 mg calcium daily can prevent this from happening.
