Symptoms Of Menopause
What are The Symptoms of Menopause and what are the steps done to eradicate such symptoms?
Let's start with some definitions. Menopause itself is a discrete time and has no symptoms. Menopause can only be recognized in retrospect, as in, it's been a full calendar year with no periods and no spotting, so that must have been menopause.
Perimenopause, however, is what some people erroneously refer to as "going through menopause". It starts in your 30's and is a process that continues for 15 - 20 years or more.
Menopause, perimenopause, menarche, menstrual periods, pregnancy and childbirth are not illnesses, so the word symptom doesn't really apply.
The most significant change that you might experience is that your cycles will become irregular and your flow pattern may also change. You don't "eradicate" these changes, you adapt to them.
