Supplements For Menopause Weight Gain

Estrogen linked to weight loss or gain?

My mother is going through menopause and before she starts taking estrogen for it she would like to know if estrogen supplements, like in the pills and formulas, makes you lose or gain weight, or whether or not it effects your weight at all. Does anybody know about this?

Usually u gained wt which is the effect of menoapuse. Before taking all this Hormone replacement therapy you must be evaluated by ur ob-gyn.
