Perimenopause Pain

alternative therapy - period related - TRAPIC M/F?

I was continuing to bleed even after the periods for 25 days , was suggested trapic M/F bleeding doesn't seem to stop after 2-tabs ! Pain is only on right side of the body . The next step they seem to suggest is harmones , is this only solution or there any other therapy ! I am 37 , could this meno-pause or perimenopause !!
