Perimenopause Early

Strange menstrual period???

I have now had irregular periods for almost 1 year now and here recently, they have been super painful. However, they have been getting shorter and shorter and now I only had it for one day and now it is gone. on top of that, I went 38 days without my period in the first place, so I don't know what is going on. I am only 23 years old and have had 3 kids. all pregnancy's I have had issues with irregular bleeding and mild complications and one with pre-eclampsia. I was told at age 16 that I had a mild case of endometriosis but nothing to worry about at the time. I am sexually active and use no protection with my husband and just don't ever get pregnant it seems. I have talked with my docs for sometime now and they only have some considerations. I am also having to urinate often with no pain or disharge. I do have a family history of endometriosis and hysterectomy's at early ages as well as perimenopause before the age of 40. Could this be going on with me too? Any advise?

how do you get 3 kids if you "just don't ever get pregnant it seems"
