Menopause Weight Loss Supplement

How healthy is fermented or unfermented soy protein?

I'm just wondering whether fermented or unfermented soy protein is good for you? For example: soy supplements, soy shakes, or soy sauce.

I've also heard much about soy's weight loss and menopause properties, any of it true?

I haven't tried any soy protein powders or such, but I know for sure I get a great boost in energy and feel better throughout the day when I drink my daily soy shake from these guys I managed to find (source). I definitely plan on trying some of the other stuff they have once my month trial is over.

Apparently, the protein really helps with weight loss since soy is full of low-fat protein (helps you feel full longer).
