Menopause Test

I am 49yrs. not in menopause w/ a growing tummy. feel movement in tummy. negative pregnancy test.?

this will be the third time this happen to me. negative test, tummy growing I was told by the 1st two doctors i was in menopause third dr. check blood work everything normal no menopause. had a tubal ligation 24 year ago. is it posible the body heal itself? can i be pregnant? First two times something exit my body and went back to normal. emergency room crew, not sure what happen to me.
The dr gave me another appointment. I was wondering if is safe to wait. i have been waiting for since december to find out.

im pretty sure its menopause... or the starting of it
