Menopause Symptoms With Hysterectomy

Low blood sugars?????????

I have been having low blood sugars off and on since the birth of my almost 3 year old. And one doctor thought maybe due to hormone levels. I had hysterectomy in Jan. and ever since I have been having problems alot but I couldn't take the pills for Menopause Symptoms and the shots are causing the knots in the brest area. I eat a good breakfast and do better but if I don't I have problems all day. And they wanted me to have my hormone level checked next time it got below 60 but when my blood sugar gets below 60 I have to eat something cause it is scary being home with my kids alone if I don't. Cause before it gets that low I notice it cause I start getting really weak and shaky and my muscles hurt and then sometimes I don't feel very good when it goes up too quickly either I feel like I could pass out. Any comments is greatly appreciated.

You should eat a protein snack between meals to keep your sugar from dropping.

almonds, eggs, cheese, cottage cheese, peanut butter, chicken, turkey, fish
