menopause and strange symptoms?

i am a 50 yr old woman and experiencing the change with basically no problems. but one has come up and was wondering if anyone else has the same thing. in recent months i have noticed my breasts "leaking" at first i thought it was sweat but it is happening with more frequency. any ideas.
