Cancer and dating? Any advice?

Im currently dating this girl who had cancer, and although had it removed she is just starting chemo. Its going to be 9 months. Now Ive studied it online, and I know about the side effects, the possible onset of early menopause (though she is only 18 so its not like a huge risk) and the possible effect to her sex drive. Anyone have any experience with this, that can give me any advice to be better support and lover to a chemo patient?

I was much older (mid 40's) when diagnosed, divorced, in a very casual relationship.

He had gone through chemo himself so was very supportive at times.

Although chemo usually depletes the libido I found the opposite.

It is hard for a woman to feel sexy with no hair and a chunk cut out of her boob, but I was horny! Luckily he understood and the nicest thing he ever said to me was during that time when he told me "you are still an incredibly sexy woman" and sounded like he meant it.

Be patient, be gentle, remind her that to you she is still sexy and beautiful and if she does feel like indulging, use lubricant, tissue is fragile and often dry at these times.
