is it true that once youve gone through menopause you cant have children?

im 19 so im still very young. my gyno and all of the other specialists ive seen have told me ive gone/going thru menopause. im just curiouse if i really can not have my own children naturally..

if u are going through the menopause then duuuur no u will not be able to have children naturally
