Menopause Skin

What would happen if women never had menopause and stayed fertile their whole life like men?

I think it is not fear that a man most of the time lives less than women and women stop reproducing and still live longer.I guess their skin will still age like men.

Women would be truly liberated. Menopause is an unpleasant experience which blights latter life quality. They would feel healthier without hypogonadism and research to prevent menopause is long overdue.
Personally the best option at present is to take hormones for life once estrogen levels start to decline.
