Endometreosis...can i loose a baby if i get pregnant..Can i get pregnant?

I have Endometreosis i found out when i was serving in Iraq this previous year ... they were trying multiple treatments.. one that was most effective was a mix of induced menopause thru depo-lupron and multiple estrogen pills and patches.. i was told that i have a 73% chance of not being able to have a baby but then they say the best way to treat it is to have a baby? i dont understand can anyone help i am only 21... and had to leave the army because of the condition worsening they took me off all medicines any advice at all would be so appreciated. i am also married to a husband of 2 yrs. he is very worried that we cant have a baby. i know i have alot of time.. but i cant stop wanting to know

It is possible to lose a baby if you are pregnant, but you will have to concieve on first. I know some one who did.

It really depends on how severe you are
