HCG shot and ovulation test?

I just found this on a website:-
Urine from pregnant women, women in menopause, or after receiving a hCG shot (injection) should not be used with this test, and will cause inaccurate results.
Just wondered if anybody knows why you shouldnt use ovulation tests after having the hcg shot because i thought it measured the LH?? Thanks
