Menopause Madness?

My mum is going through menopause and she is making me and my sisters life living hell. We have tried to be there for her and she throws it back in my face and she is always getting upset that I go to see my boyf at his house or if I go out to see anyone. Can anyone reccomend any websites or numbers that can help her because we have done all we can to help her. What makes it worse is she doesn't accept that she has a problem, but she does acknowledge that she is 9/10 times responsible for arguements but makes us feel bad about trying to talk to her or saying that she needs help!!!

I am going through peri-menopause and i really hate it, but i went to the doctor and had blood work done to find out my hormone levels, and sure enough they were bad, so i started on bio-identical hormones and feel so much better,like i did before all this, and i bought a book by suzanne somers called Ageless and boy is it an eye opener! i highly recommend this book to all women i know, even to my mom who is also hormonally imbalanced and she now says it has helped her too.
