Menopause Lack Of Concentration
Menopause (is it too early to see the Doctor?)....?
I am 45 years old (birthday is in November) and for approximately a year now I have been experiencing signs of the 'menopause', i.e. night sweats, bloatedness, tiredness, lack of concentration, low energy levels and irregular periods... I do feel really rough around 60% of the time. Is it too early to go to the Doctor to ask for some help, like HRT?? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks a lot xxx
Your symptoms are quite common Before Menopause. So much so that it is referred to as pre-menopause or peri menopause. The good news is that you don't need to suffer.
Read the book by John R. Lee, "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause". You will find out what is happening and how to fix it. Yes, you should consult with your doctor.
As for HRT, don't do it! These are man-made drugs that are not the same as the hormones they are supposed to replace. If they were exactly the same they could not be patented.
