Menopause Irregular Periods

Irregular periods, nausea, fatige, serious answers only please?

I had my tubes tied 6 years ago. My period was normal and everything was ok until about three months ago. First my period was late and when it started I only spotted and it lasted for three days. Then it was even later then I only spotted the first couple of days. Then it was normal 1 time. This month, it was late, and I was very naucious. The first two days were nothing but spotting, then I began clotting, then it ended on the fifth day. I'm still very nausiated, dizzy spells, Hot Flashes, sore breasts. Anyone have any idea whats going on? I'm 28 so I know it isn't menopause.
