Menopause Hot Flushes Cause
What causes Hot Flushes in women going through the menopause?
The decline in estrogen and the changes in hormones lead to a change in thermoregulation (your body's way of regulating its temperature) which produces Hot Flashes, but exactly why and how this happens is not well understood.
