Menopause Hot Flashes Night

Why does my body feel feverishly hot at night?

Throughout the day I usually have hot and cold flashes and at night time my body is so feverishly hot that my boyfriend cant touch me. He said my body gets so hot at night time that he wants to wake me up and make sure im not dying, or have a high fever, or if my bodys overheating or what. This has been going on over 2 years. Does anyone know what this could be? I'm only 18 years old but some one mentioned early menopause.. Is that possible? Please help!
I get lots of excercise and i am also a server at a restaurant. I think more than 3 big bottles of water a day as well. I eat healthy and everything else...
i sleep in very light clothes at night with fans on and the air turned way down. I do take birth control but i have for 2 years. I have a doctors appt. nest week so hope it helps me too.

Do you get enough exercise? It could be that you're body is just storing a lot of energy that needs to be released.
