Menopause Hot Flash Relief

Is it a hot flash that's lasted for 3 straight days now?

i'm 40, no signs yet of menopause. been on fire internally for 3 days now with no relief. i don't feel sick and it doesn't feel feverish. my skin is normal to the touch. i just can't cool off. it's all day and all night! my face is bright red-almost sunburned looking. if i keep going outside to cool off in a t-shirt and shorts in 50 degrees, i'm going to get sick. doesn't Hot Flashes go in spurts? any other suggestions besides going to the doctor?
Diamond-I would never part w/my pit! I have a pureblood and 1 mixed wtih shepherd. i'm selling my house and had to decide where i want to go based on restrictions. What a sucky world we live in, huh? Can't have a pet because too many ignorant people are afraid.

im pretty sure its hot flashes my grand mother has been a RN for 25 years and we were just talking about this she said you can get hotflashes years before you actually start menopause and she said she used too have them everynight for weeks it sounds like your just having hot flashes if your not running a fever sitting outside for little bit is fine but not too long
