Menopause Hot And Cold

need answers about pre-menopause , hot lips etc.?

i had asked this same question yesterday but no replys.
iam 42 and going through crazy changes.
i guess its pre-menopuase! iam young but hear it hapens.
2 co workers are going through it.
my lips feel really hot alot, its a weird sensation!
i have to wear chapstick or vasoline alot daily.
also now starting to have mini Hot Flashes!
i will be cold and then all of a sudden it feels as if i was thrown into a fire and roasting..lol i take off sweaters etc fast.
also i get tired easily and get headaches.
doc didnt seem to have an answer about my lips.
have u ever heard of this or had it happen?
please tell me.

Try taking flax seed oil, soy liposomes, and black cohash. They should help to ease your symptoms some. They really helped me a lot.
