Menopause Headaches And Dizziness

Solution to chronic severe migraine?

I have tried Tryciclics, Elavil, Depakote, Topamax, SSRIs, SSNRIs, Biofeedback, Chiropractic, Acupuncture. I have had MRIs every few years. I have headaches on an almost daily basis, most so bad that I can not stand up to shower or eat, let alone work. Up until a year ago, it was about twice a week, but since I entered pre-menopause, it's been chronic. I take Imitrx and narcotics or Exedrin. It numbs the pain some but does not make me functional. I have heard of the rebound problem and have detoxed twice for a month each time to no avail. I cannot exercise, do yoga, swim, even walk, with the pain and dizziness and nausea. I'm caught in a vicious circle.
Also tried Inderal, and all the "treatments" people have suggested, except for meditation.

If you live in a country where it is legal, marijuana will help a lot. (If you live in a country where it is illegal, the paranoia may offset any medicinal effects.)
