Menopause Foods

Does anyone break out in a flush or sweat from food products that contain vinegar like ketchup, barbeque sauce?

it dosn't even have to be alot of the food. I'm a 48yr old female and wondering if this has to do with menopause as this just started several years ago.

I'd say it could be a allergy that just started after menopause, just like certain allergies can go away after puberty or you can get new allergies after your puberty you didn't have before.
