Menopause Estrogen Patch

Soy Milk for low estrogen?

Im 21 and have a hormone imbalance, Very low estrogen levels that my doctors said if she didnt know any better she would say i was in menopause. I cant seem to tolerate fake estrogen such as the patch, or birth control pills. Ive tried Maca root also. I was wondering if anyone knows about drinking Soy milk to bring my levels up. How much soy milk should i drink a day. are there any dangers in doing this etc. Thanks!

Have you been checked for Premature Menopause? The best form of estrogen is the gel. It offers an even delivery which irons out side effects. If your estrogen is low you should have testosterone, progesterone and DHEA checked to give a full profile.
Soy milk won't harm you but some types contain a high level of sugar which could disturb your gut. Also contraindicated for people with a thyroid problem
Ideally you need referral to an Endocrinologist as you would need to ingest gallons of soy daily to have an effect.
