Menopause And Cholesterol Levels

31 year old man with very high triglycerides and experiencing night sweats.?

I am not very overweight, at 5'10" and 81kg, and I have a relatively healthy lifestyle although I do smoke quite a bit. When I last had blood-work done all of my cholesterol levels were fine except the triglycerides which were nearly off-the-chart. The night-sweats are getting worse now, so I know I will need to see a specialist, I just wanted to know if any other men have experienced this combination and might give me an idea what to prepare for. Online, all I seem to find for this combination is hormone imbalance or menopause, the former I have no other symptoms and the latter.. well, that would just be impossible wouldn't it!
