Late Onset Of Menopause

House vs. Child Please Help!?

Im 27 and my fiance and I are getting married next year (I'll be 28) right before the wedding my fiance and I are moving in with my mother to save for a downpayment on a house. By the time we have enough saved I'll be 29. My problem is that I'm not sure if we'll have enough money to afford both a mortgage and a baby and I dont want to wait too long to have a child. My mother's side of the family has Early Onset Of Menopause (like menopause at 35-40). Do you think I should skip the house and continue renting and have a child or go for the house and hope that we make enough money to afford a baby before it's too late?
We already live together we just rent an apartment instead of owning

I think you will be much better off getting a house. I am sure you will be able to afford a baby too. A house would be a great investment, and this is an incredible time to buy a house, if you do not have to sell one as well. I think you will miss a great opportunity to get an affordable house in this market if you wait too long.
You'll be amazed at how goo you will be at saving money once you commit to having a baby. I am sure you will find a way to make it work.
