Is this the start of menopause?

I am a 46 year old female, and within the last month my sex drive has suddenly gone into serious over-drive, as in wanting it 24/7. Also having some other symptoms, period was 2 weeks late then just barely there for 3 days, breasts have grown at least a cup size and are super sensitive, but I know I am not pregnant because I had a tubal ligation 20 years ago. Could this be the start of menopause?

It appears that you are entering into early stages of menopause. However you may go for a pregnancy test to rule out any chance of pregnancy due to a possible recanalisation of your tubes (which were ligated 20 years back).
