Erratic Periods Menopause
Periods are becoming irregular = beginning of menopause?
I am a 36-year-old female. Up until about six months ago, I could predict my periods to the day. Now, my periods are a little more erratic. For example, in December, I started on December 20th, and this month, I started my period on January 8th. Could this be a sign that I'm starting menopause? I've had check-ups and so far everything seems fine. Also, I'm under no extra stress.
I don't think it's menopause, you may have just been lucky up until now. Many women experience changes in their cycle for no reason at all. My cycle changes based on what's going on in my life. If you started any new diet or exercise program, that can throw your system off. Gaining or loosing weight can also affect your cycle.
