Symptoms of early onset menopause, is it the same as with older women?

As I have observed with my wife, some signs of early menopause are loss of sexual drive, more pronounced irritability a week before you regular period, and days between one menstrual period shortens. One advice though, look good and feel good and you won't have a problem with the transition. Open communication with your mate is best. Let him know how you feel and what is happening and I know he will understand. I can proudly say that my wife and I have been together for 20 years and all is still great even at 40+, yes including sex.
