Ayurvedic Medicine For Menopause

I M 31.married and not having period for last 1 yr.all reports o,k ,only 1 report says its menopause.?

Please suggest some doctor or remedy as i want to concieve as soon as possible.I m also taking some ayurvedic medicines but want to know some sure shot solution.
i m from delhi ,India. I want to know that have you ever encountered this kind of a case? if yes ,can i concieve? Dear you said Ganga Ram hospital can you refer any doctor's name

Dear Very first not worry everything is possible but it will take some time firstly go to doctor discuss the all things my be doctors give u some injections , medicine for periods and some healthy tonics . I give it regular am in india from new delhi . you have not mention which contury or city belongs . but if u in delhi go to Ganga Ram hosipital or maharaja agarsan hosiptal or kukreja hospital its located in tagore garden this fertiltiy centre . hope that god full fill yours all wishes . Remember that always try to happy & not loose the temper . it will take atleast 1 year becasue u have this problem last 1 years so its not possible it will clear within one or two months so there is no any short solution
