People has told me its a sign of early menopause. But, people tells me im to young to have menopause. Please, help me and tell me what you think it is and what I need to do. Thanks

Menopause before the age of 40 is termed "Premature Menopause", menopause between the age of 40 and 45 is termed "early menopause".
It may occur spontaneously as a result of early failure of the ovaries, it could be caused surgically when a woman has her ovaries removed or chemically by chemotherapy for the treatment of cancer. Most women have more than one symptom: hot flushes and night sweats, aches and pains, crawling or itching sensations under the skin, headaches, vaginal dryness, reduced sex drive (libido), urinary frequency, tiredness, irritability, depression, sleeping difficulty, lack of self esteem, forgetfulness.
There are treatments that can help you avoid it but you will need to see a doctor.
