What is early menopause like???

I am 33 & I've always had irregular periods (22 - 48 days), the closest I get to being regular is around the 35 day cycle mark. It's been 45 days since my last period, the cycle before that it was 56 days, then 36 days before that & 34 days before that. I've had frequent naseau for the last 3 or 4 weeks at all times of the day and with and without food. My PMS symptoms have been becoming more obvious with each cycle. For the last year or so I've been spotting for 3 days before my period actually arrives (never happend before) and my breasts get so big and hard, almost as extreme as when breast-feeding. Has anyone gone through early menopause? What are some other signs I should look for? How would I know if I am?
I have been trying to conceive but have taken 4 tests, all negative. I took the last one about a week or so ago. I got egg white mucous on the 2nd Oct.

I would see a doctor. My mom is going through early menopause and doesn't have those symptoms just hot cold flashes.
